What is the Referral Rewards Program?
You will receive a $250 eGiftcard when you refer family or friends to us and they successfully settle their home loan with us.
When will I receive my e-gift card once my referral's loan has settled?
You will receive your e-gift card in approximately 6 to 8 weeks after settlement of the new loan.
Is there a minimum loan amount requirement related to my referral's settlement?
Yes there is. A minimum settlement loan amount of $250,000 is required for the referrer to be eligible to receive the $250 eGift card.
The minimum $250,000 loan amount is based on the loan amount we are paid for arranging the loan and providing our services.
For example, if the loan settled is $500,000 but the customer has $300,000 in their offset account after settlement, as mortgage brokers, we will only be paid based on a loan amount of $200,000.
This is industry practice and is how mortgage brokers are paid.
In this situation, the referring customer would not be eligible for the $250 eGift card.
Can I receive the reward multiple times by referring one customer?
The $250 e-gift card reward is only paid once per referral regardless of how many loans the customer applies and settles with Kaleido Loans.
For example, if you refer a customer to us and they arrange 3 loans via us, you will receive the one $250 eGiftcard reward.
You are eligible to receive multiple eGiftcards if you refer multiple new customers to us.
If you refer someone to us and they are applying for a loan jointly or applying as a couple, that will be treated as one referral and not two referrals.
Who provides the eGift card?
Our gift cards are provided by Prezzee. Prezzee is a leading globle eGift card provider with operations in North America, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Prezzee allows you to choose over 300 retail brands for your eGift card so you can use it at the retailer of your choice.
The most popular brands are Apple, Coles, Kmart, Myer, Lego, Sephora, AdoreBeauty, Barbeques Galore, BCF, Bing Lee, Best and Less, Bunnings, Chemist Warehouse just to name a few.
